We were so impressed with Matt Bauman and work we had done by Burke Construction that we decided to ask Matt to help us update our bathroom. Burke is also doing an air sealing and insulation project for my mother because of the fine work they have done on our home.
It has been SO WONDERFUL to deal with a company that is SO COMMITTED to customer education and satisfaction. Matt Bauman was an absolute pleasure to work with, and he was always available to answer any questions or deal with any concerns we had during and after the work was done.
Sales Team and Staff did an excellent job from start to finish.
Our initial contact by e-mail and we had a phone call from two company representatives the very next morning.
Matt has gone above and beyond to help us. Always on time and fully prepared with information and pricing. Matt was also ALWAYS available by phone or e-mail for any questions or concerns we had before, during and after the project.
The crew was always friendly, polite and respectful of property and any questions about the details of what or how things would work.
Nothing for us to do when the crews left but admire the work and enjoy the finished product.
