Sales Process
My sales rep explained what they’re capable of and listened to me with all my ideas and help guide me to a more realistic goal. very well organized with their planning and showing me realistic goals with promised time frame and expectations. I felt comfortable from the start.
Our Installation Crew
Expert craftsman! The Forman Abe kept the measurements and cuts to a perfect angle and the whole time was able to keep me up-to-date on the progress! I would absolutely trust all the craftsman on his team to all my friends and family’s next projects!
The Cleanup Process
Cleanup was great you would never of known that a project was going on as the crew cleaned up everything even the dust behind them every day! On completion they did a thorough walk-through and cleaned up everything every rock every stone nothing was left in the open as if the balcony has always been there when the house was built. You would never of known a project had happened! I was even able to throw a family gathering on the new balcony that same day!

I had called a few other people but some of them seemed too good to be true and couldn’t fulfill my requests or wanted to Price cut my budget with too many compromises. It was your honest pricing and good salesman who made me feel comfortable with the plan.
