What made you choose our company:
Sal at F & J was asked to handle buying and installed a walk in tub for master bath. He indicated he would and that he had a good tile contractor to do the work as well. I was able to get this done by telephone and e mail, with Hess staff and Jeremy, relying on their reputations and skills (Hess installed and services our HVAC and plubming.). Also, Burke's supervisor maintained oversight and good communications with me -- very exceptional. Kudos to all.
